All who have played the two God of War games know that the series barely pulled its punches when it came to suggestive content: scantily clad maidens who were the focus of extremely suggestive mini games that involved severely shaking furniture, or temple priestesses wearing diaphanous garments that did little to conceal what they were designed to cover. God of War: Chains of Olympus, the latest chapter in the GoW series seems to be raising the bar on what can be displayed in games.

As seen in the NSFW video below, the scene depicts the latest sexual adventure of the Spartan warrior: two twin women are reclining on the floor, one seemingly naked and the other nearly so, before they seductively inquire how they may repay Kratos for whatever service he has rendered. Kratos, however, being the saucy fellow that he is makes his choice easily by engaging upon activities that shift the camera to a carved candlestick which depicts an undressed woman with her arms wrapped around a tall white candle (suggestive enough for you?). As the off screen action goes on, the women begin to make various excitable noises which increases if the player successfully duplicates the pattern of controls on the screen, an X button pressed there, a control stick rotated there, and eventually the candle flame with splutter and go out as one of the woman speaks her thanks in a breathy tone and Kratos goes on his way...or does it again, if so chosen.

In many ways the God of War series seems to be extending the limit of what can appear in games even more so then what can be done in the Grand Theft Auto series which seems to have acquired a much more notorious reputation. One has to wonder what new levels the game will rise to as the series continues.
