Posted by Nick24444, 179 days ago Jan 10, 2008 11:09

A short message has been added to Sony’s Consumer Electronics Show page regarding the GPS peripheral, which will be released in the near future. According to the CES page, the GPS accessory for the PSP will offer users location information in both two and three dimensions, driving directions, data regarding points of interest in the area the user has selected, and a city guide that can be downloaded for offline use. Sony has also stated that it will be implementing a search feature into the software of the GPS peripheral and will permit users to alter the settings of the item in any way they like. The Sony CES page is available for viewing here.
