Microsoft says the downloadable content is coming this year, then Rockstar says, "Nope, next year." Who are gamers to believe in this ongoing saga about the infamous Xbox 360-exclusive Grand Theft Auto 4 content? It seems Eurogamer got tired of all this nonsense and decided to speak to sources at Rockstar itself. The source claims to Eurogamer that the DLC is in fact on track for a November release this year.
The content will be split into two episodes, each containing 10 hours of extra gameplay and added Achievements. There’s still, however, no information regarding the type of content that would be delivered; it could range from a new city to more missions on the existing storyline.
One thing is sure, though: Microsoft spent a lot of money to get this exclusive to the 360, so expect something big. A lot of people bought the 360 version over the PS3 version due to this extra content, so Microsoft would want to get this out to the public as soon as possible.
