- Recently promoted Microsoft exec Shane Kim talks about the Xbox strategy for Japan, where the reception has been a few degrees above frigid.
- The big three all responded positively to the recently released NPD statistics. The Wii still dominated, but it seems that GTA IV did more for the PS3 than for the 360.
- David Jaffe, co-founder of development studio Eat Sleep Play, has struck back against claims by a Nintendo exec that only "geeks" and "otaku" want additional storage space for the Wii.
- An analyst predicts that the PS3 will continue to regain lost ground against the Xbox, though the path to equity will indeed be a long one.
- Despite a year head start, the Nintendo Wii is just about ready to pass the Xbox 360 in North America, Microsoft’s last bulwark.
- Dennis Dyack has promised that Too Human is mere days from completion, after a decade of development; we expected Duke Nukem Forever first, but we won’t complain.
- Nintendo is not pleased with Nyko’s wireless nunchuk accessory and is filing suit against them.
- Microsoft’s Robbie Bach has done the unthinkable: put down a Sony product. The poor PSP doesn’t really deserve it, either, since Microsoft doesn’t even compete with it.
