I enjoyed the fact that I had to do different activities to gain stats in the relevant area and the fact that I could really feel the difference between stats levels. I had a lot of fun setting myself up a sort of free running course between athletics tokens, much like the on foot roof top races. It was also nice being able to kill gang members in different ways instead of just having to shoot them all the time. My character evolved as I gained stats in different areas so that by the time I was finished my character looked and moved very differently to the original character, which was great. It unfortunately showed up the fact that the world around me did not evolve at all, which I found slightly disappointing. The minor bosses you take out are each supposed to have a different effect on the functioning of the entire gang, but if it did happen I found it wasn’t really that noticeable.
The multiplayer co-op option is available over Xbox Live, but it really seemed to be an afterthought to me. It feels like it was added on the demands of Microsoft to create more content for Xbox Live. It adds nothing to the gaming experience, especially since you are unable to fight bosses after completing the game, even in that mode. You can apparently play in split screen mode, but so far I haven’t be able to find that option. It may as well not exist if it takes that much effort to find. I found that not being able to just replay the game was extremely annoying. In order to replay with bosses and storyline, you need to wipe out your game or use a different storage device. The sandbox may endure after you finish, but once the ending has played the game is definitely over and I had to go through an irritating process to be able to play the game again. As with the multiplayer problem, it’s almost not worth making the effort. But I did anyway just to mess around. Just running around in "sandbox mode" is fun, but it’s nice to have someone to aim for or, at least, at.

Awesome explosions surround this whole game.
You can tell the connection with GTA due to the extensive range of vehicular related activities in the game. One of the coolest things in the game is seeing any of the agency cars evolve as your drive skill gets higher and higher. The different cars that the agency gives you can go over, under or through everything in the game. If these aren’t good enough, you can always just grab a random car in the street. Apart from running gang members over with your car, you can gain drive stats by completing road races, rooftop races or stunt challenges in your vehicle. For all the glitches and faulty targeting, I found great satisfaction in creating a small mountain of cars and bodies and rolling a cluster grenade underneath just to observe the results. That sums up my feelings for this game, it has it’s problems, but it’s so much fun to play that most of the time I was more than happy to ignore them in favour of mass murder.
Chaos, anarchy, disorder… My work here is done.

Cool visuals make this game fun to look at.
