We gamers are asked to do many crazy things in our pursuit of virtual fun, whether it is driving at high speeds, parachuting into enemy held territory, or facing hordes of undead, magical beings, and other such things. But on the PSP, Sony is giving you the chance, come the 24th, to indulge in copious amounts of danger not to save lives, your love, or any other noble purpose you can picture. Why are you doing all this then? Why, because you can. That’s what you do when you’re a Jackass.
Yes, that’s right... it’s Jackass: The Game, and it’ll be a pocket sized dose of pure craziness that will be appearing on PSP screens all over the country come September 24th. There will be 35 different stunts of madness available for you to participate in such as rolling down streets of San Francisco in a garbage can with traffic speeding all around you or pulling high speed maneuvers in a golf cart. As a bonus for doing all this, you can unlock footage from the Jackass TV show and a replay feature that allows you save video footage of whatever stunt you’ve pulled off with various editing features and camera controls. You can also use the PSP’s wireless capability to swap your saved gameplay videos with other Jackass fans.
So, if you’ve ever wanted to be a simulated Jackass, the chance is coming up. Don’t miss it.
